Tinges clock hood. Restored scroll work

This clock had lost its scroll work, making it a flat top, but evidence on the top such as glue prints and tool marks allowed for reverse engineering of the restoration.

Vose style work table

There were a number of issues with this table, including lost veneer from either side of the drawers, badly dented and corroded drawer pulls, dirty and degraded finish. The interior of the top drawer had been modified and had lost the central divided box.

Object conservation and making a new frame

This 6′ roundel was acquired from a ball room of a on old, closed Art Deco hotel in the midwest. The image is a combination of paint, gilding, lusterfarben, applied mother of pearl and mica. It was very dirty, overpainted and degraded. This was first conserved and then the frame was custom made, decorated with silver and aluminum leaf.
